Cardiff City give up on Mohammed Sissoko

Cardiff City's deal for Mohammed Sissoko breaks down after the two parties fail to agree personal terms.

Cardiff City have given up in their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Mohammed Sissoko.

The 28-year-old, who has also been linked with Stoke City, is expected to leave the French capital before the end of the transfer window.

However, talkSPORT report that the Mali international will look for a new club elsewhere after failing to agree personal terms with the Bluebirds, who have already reinforced their midfield with the acquisition of Gary Medel.

Sissoko joined PSG from Juventus two years ago.
