Jose Mourinho: 'No divers at Chelsea'

Jose Mourinho claims that there are no divers in his Chelsea squad despite Ramires being booked for simulation in their 2-0 victory over Derby County.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has insisted that there are no divers at the London club, but has also admitted that the referee made the right call to book Ramires for simulation in their FA Cup encounter with Derby County this afternoon.

Ramires was booked two minutes after John Obi Mikel had put the Blues 1-0 up, before Oscar fired home to settle the victory in favour of Mourinho's men.

"I maintain [there are no divers at Chelsea]. Isolated episodes. The referees attacking it. The manager supporting the referees. I think we are doing well. Let's see if the others do the same as us," said Mourinho, according to The Express.

"[Referee Andre] Marriner was so close so if he made that decision it's because he's right. The last time Oscar's justification was completely correct and I understand completely what happened. I was happy with the card because the referee, in this case [Martin] Atkinson, did well."

"This time I didn't speak yet with Ramires, but if the referee was there and he decide well, perfect. Let's do every game, every stadium, every player, let's do that."

Chelsea will face Stoke City in the fourth round of the cup.
