Chelsea team news: Injury, suspension list vs. West Ham United

Sports Mole rounds up all of Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Sunday's Premier League fixture against West Ham United.

Chelsea will be aiming to record their first victory of the 2023-24 Premier League campaign when they head to West Ham United on Sunday for a London derby.

The Blues opened their season with a 1-1 draw against Liverpool last weekend, coming from behind to secure a share of the spoils in Mauricio Pochettino's first match at the helm.

Chelsea have no European football this season following their disastrous 2022-23 campaign and can therefore put a lot of their focus on the league.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Chelsea's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their clash with West Ham, who drew 1-1 with Bournemouth in their first match of the campaign.

New Chelsea captain Reece James is said to be facing a spell on the sidelines with a hamstring issue, although it is unclear whether he suffered the problem against Liverpool or during a training session this week.
