Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas allegedly lashed out at his players at the club's training ground after the side's crushing defeat against Arsenal, according to the Daily Mail.

The former Porto manager is thought to have claimed that the team let him down at the weekend after slumping to a 5-3 thrashing at the hands of rivals Arsenal.

Villas-Boas is believed to have gathered the players at the Cobham training facility and accused them of failing to keep to his tactics during the clash at Stamford Bridge.

The former Premier League champions are currently nine points adrift of League leaders Manchester City.
