Petr Cech: 'Jose Mourinho gets best out of players'

Chelsea keeper Petr Cech believes that the methods employed by boss Jose Mourinho get the best out his players.

Chelsea keeper Petr Cech has stated that Jose Mourinho is a manager for whom players want to give their all.

Mourinho re-joined the Blues for his second spell at the club last month after leaving Real Madrid at the end of last season.

Cech feels that Mourinho's methods get the best out of his players no matter what the situation.

Cech told The Guardian: "He will always make you see what he wants you to see. He knows his team, is careful how he manages his players and everyone feels part of it.

"The work he puts in, all the small details in terms of preparation for the individual players, he is so demanding but everyone is on top of his game whether he is playing or not. It makes people want to work."

Mourinho won the Premier League twice in his first spell at Stamford Bridge.
