Chelsea will reportedly still sack Maurizio Sarri even if the club defeat Arsenal in the Europa League final.
The Italian, who was appointed as Antonio Conte's replacement last July, has earned the Blues a return to the Champions League through a third-placed finish in the Premier League standings.
Chelsea also remain in contention to win a trophy this season, but Gazzetta dello Sport claims that the club's hierarchy want to appoint an alternative to Sarri.
The report suggests that owner Roman Abramovich has concerns over the relationship between the club's head coach and the fans, with large sections of the Stamford Bridge crowd not warming to the style of play introduced by the former Napoli man.
Roma and AC Milan are said to be possible options for Sarri, while Juventus are allegedly monitoring the situation due to the uncertainty surrounding Massimilinao Allegri.
Sarri has acknowledged that he does not know whether he will remain with the West Londoners.
