Chelsea striker Diego Costa 'fit' to face Swansea City after hamstring problem

Diego Costa could start for Chelsea against Swansea City despite having to withdraw from the Spain squad recently with a hamstring issue.

Diego Costa will reportedly be fit enough to start for Chelsea in this weekend's top-of-the-table Premier League match against Swansea City.

The summer signing, who has hit the ground running with four goals in three games for his new club, withdrew from the Spain squad for their Euro 2016 qualifier against Macedonia with a hamstring problem.

However, according to multiple reports this afternoon, the 25-year-old could be passed fit to face the Swans.

He will continue to be closely monitored throughout the week ahead of the encounter at Stamford Bridge, where at least one of the two sides will see their 100% start to the season come to an end.
