Roberto Di Matteo: No time to celebrate FA Cup victory

Roberto Di Matteo urges his Chelsea team to focus on the visit to Manchester City this week following their FA Cup quarter-final win.

Chelsea's temporary manager Roberto Di Matteo has insisted that his Blues players need to forget about their FA Cup quarter-final victory and focus on taking on Manchester City this week.

The former English champions visit the North West side at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, with Roberto Mancini's team determined to stay close to Premier League leaders Manchester United.

"We have no time to enjoy this win because we play Manchester City on Wednesday night and we have to start focusing on that game now," said Di Matteo.

"But every game that we have won so far has given the players as a whole a little more confidence. Every win cements that. We are scoring goals and we seem to be more solid as a team."

Chelsea secured a spot in the semi-finals of the FA Cup following a 5-2 victory over Leicester City yesterday.
