Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard challenges his side to stay at the top of the table after they climbed to the summit with a 5-0 win over Everton at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has described his side's 5-0 victory over Everton this evening as "unbelievable".

Hazard scored twice in a man-of-the-match display as Antonio Conte's side swept Everton away at Stamford Bridge to claim a fifth consecutive win.

The result took Chelsea to the top of the Premier League table, and Hazard has challenged his side to stay there for the remainder of the season.

"It was an unbelievable win. We scored five beautiful goals and could have scored more," he told BT Sport.

"I am enjoying my football, we are playing well, we are creating a lot of chances and scoring a lot of goals. Top of the table is a good place and we want to stay there until the end."

Hazard has already scored more goals during the current season than in the entire 2015-16 campaign.
