Eden Hazard insists that his injury woes are fully behind him and is eager to hit top form for Chelsea ahead of a crucial week for the club.

Eden Hazard has claimed that his injury woes are fully behind him and is eager to hit top form for Chelsea.

The Belgium international scored the winner in Saturday's 1-0 victory at Bournemouth to keep the Blues in the top four of the Premier League table.

Hazard missed the start of the season due to an ankle injury that required surgery but has now claimed three goals in as many Chelsea games in all competitions.

Antonio Conte's charges have a crucial week coming up, with a Champions League trip to Roma in midweek followed by a Premier League home clash with Manchester United.

Asked if he is now back to full fitness after his injury, Hazard told Chelsea TV: "Yeah for sure, definitely. I'm training hard, the injury is the past. I'm fully ready for the next game, I just want to play.

"A big week is coming, so it was important also for the confidence to stay high, after the game against Watford, to win at Bournemouth.

"We are full of confidence now, two big games in Champions League and Premier League. And we are ready to play both."

Hazard has scored 75 goals and claimed 66 assists in 260 Chelsea appearances since his 2012 move from Lille.
