Andre Villas-Boas has made it clear that he has been impressed by Paul Lambert's Norwich City.
Chelsea face Norwich at Carrow Road this weekend, with Gary Cahill in line to make his debut after joining the club.
Prior to the game, Villas-Boas has made a point of praising the promoted club for the way in which they play their football while getting important results. Norwich, who were a League One side two years ago, are currently sitting in ninth place.
"It's a great pleasure when teams achieve something with a certain style," said the Portuguese manager.
"Victories are important for motivation, the way they play is very positive, they are fully motivated players with complete commitment to their manager and each other.
"They have had an excellent run of results, and they continue to surprise established teams in the league, which shows the value of the work Paul and his team are doing."
Chelsea beat Norwich 3-1 at Stamford Bridge in August's reverse fixture.
