Jorginho intends to remain at Chelsea for at least another four years, according to the Italy international's representative.

Agent Joao Santos has suggested that Jorginho sees his long-term future at Chelsea.

After signing from Napoli last summer, Jorginho endured a mixed first campaign at Stamford Bridge, despite featuring regularly under Maurizio Sarri.

However, the Italy international has been provided with more flexibility in the middle of the park under Frank Lampard, leading to his representative claiming that the 27-year-old could remain in West London until 2023.

Santos told Radio Kiss Kiss: "We have mid-to-long-term project with Chelsea, similar to when he joined Hellas Verona and then Napoli. There are five years left on his contract and let's say he'd like to stay for at least another four years."

Jorginho has started in each of Chelsea's five matches since Lampard's arrival.
