Chelsea will reportedly listen to offers for Demba Ba this summer, just five months after signing the 28-year-old.

Chelsea are reportedly ready to sell striker Demba Ba after just five months at the club.

According to The Mirror, new boss Jose Mourinho has already decided to look elsewhere as he aims to add to his side's attacking options.

The Blues have been linked with Edinson Cavani and Hulk, while Romelu Lukaku will be given a chance to prove himself and a deal for Andre Schurrle has all but been finalised.

Mourinho will also target Wayne Rooney, should Manchester United decide to sell the England striker.

Chelsea signed Ba for £7m back in January and know that they can make a profit on the 28-year-old, with the likes of Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain interested.

Ba will have to act quickly to change Mourinho's mind if he wants to save his Chelsea career.
