Barcelona are reportedly prepared to entertain offers in the region of €70m (£63.23m) for Philippe Coutinho.
Despite posting solid returns at the Catalan giants and during a loan spell at Bayern Munich, neither club want the Brazilian on their books next season.
That has left Barcelona desperately in search of a buyer before the end of the football financial year on June 30.
According to Diario Sport, the latest stance of the La Liga outfit has increased the chances of a transfer to the Premier League.
Although each club would prefer a loan agreement, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are said to be monitoring the situation.
The report suggests that Bayern may also be open to a second loan spell, instead of taking up an option to sign the 28-year-old on a permanent basis next month.
