Brazil manager tells Neymar to move
Brazil coach Mano Menezes urges striker Neymar to seek a big-money move to Europe.

Brazil coach Mano Menezes has urged striker Neymar to seek a big-money move to Europe.

The news has alerted interested parties Chelsea and Barcelona, who could now make a move for the 20-year-old in the summer.

Neymar, who has a £40m clause written into his contract, is a highly-rated product of the Santos youth system.

However, Menezes feels that the young star will realise his potential at a big European club.

"With regards to his atmosphere and the sense of belonging, him staying in Brazil is great," said the 49-year-old. "But for a final development, for him to gain more respect, it would be important to play in Europe.

"Being there, there is no need for him to expose himself so much. The fact that he stayed in Brazil demanded contracts which took a lot of time to be drawn up."

Neymar has scored eight goals in 16 games since making his international debut in 2010.
