Chelsea have reportedly been handed a huge boost in their attempts to sign Wilfried Zaha, with the Crystal Palace attacker linking up with super-agent Pini Zahavi.
The 27-year-old was strongly linked with both Arsenal and Everton during the summer transfer window but ultimately remained at Selhurst Park.
The Ivory Coast international is allegedly a target for Chelsea during this month's window, though, and according to the Daily Mail, the Blues are in a strong position to secure his services.
The report claims that Zaha has signed up with Israeli agent Zahavi, who has a strong relationship with a number of key figures at Chelsea, including club owner Roman Abramovich.
The former Manchester United attacker split with long-term agent Will Salthouse in the latter stages of 2019 having been frustrated that a move away from Selhurst Park last summer did not transpire.
Chelsea are allegedly preparing to target Zaha this month, although Palace are still looking for a figure in the region of £80m for a player who is contracted to the Eagles until June 2023.
Frank Lampard's team are also expected to move for a new centre-forward this month.
