Barcelona youngster Ilaix Moriba is reportedly attracting interest from Premier League pair Chelsea and Manchester City.
The 18-year-old is into the final 12 months of his existing contract and is supposedly stalling on agreeing fresh terms at Camp Nou.
Barca's bitter rivals Real Madrid were recently linked with the teenage midfielder, and Spanish outlet Fichajes suggests that a couple of English clubs are now monitoring his situation.
It is claimed that Man City, managed by ex-Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola, are willing to offer Ilaix a lucrative contract to tempt him into leaving the Catalan giants.
Spain age-grade international Ilaix made his first-team debut for Barca in January and went on to make 18 appearances in the second half of 2020-21.
