Monaco have reportedly made it clear to interested parties that Aurelien Tchouameni will cost between €80m (£66.6m) and €100m (£83.2m) during this summer's transfer window.
The defensive midfielder has been in impressive form for his Ligue 1 club this season and has also become an important player for France since making his international debut last September.
Chelsea and Real Madrid have both been strongly linked with the 22-year-old, with Monaco expected to find it difficult to keep hold of him during this summer's transfer window.
However, according to Marca, the Ligue 1 outfit could demand as much as €100m (£83.2m) for the Frenchman's services ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is allegedly desperate for his club to bring Tchouameni to Stamford Bridge this year.
However, a recent report claimed that Real Madrid had stepped up their interest in the midfielder by sending their chief scout Juni Calafat to Monaco to hold transfer discussions.
