Chelsea ready to offload duo to fund Raheem Sterling raid?

Chelsea are allegedly willing to sell Juan Cuadrado and Oscar to fund a summer bid for Liverpool's Raheem Sterling.

Chelsea are allegedly willing to listen to offers for Oscar and Juan Cuadrado to bankroll a summer bid for unsettled Liverpool star Raheem Sterling.

Blues boss Jose Mourinho is aiming to raise the majority of the England international's £50m asking price by offloading the South American duo, reports the Daily Star.

Arsenal and Manchester City have also been linked with big-money moves for Sterling, but reports suggest that Liverpool have not given up on tying him to the club long term.

Sterling was booed while accepting an accolade at Liverpool's end-of-season awards on Tuesday evening, and is believed to blame the club's hierarchy for his negative portrayal in the media.

However, Anfield chiefs are said to be willing to offer him an olive branch during showdown talks this week and outline their plans to build a world-class team around him.

Oscar has experienced mixed fortunes at Chelsea this season with eight assists and seven goals to his name, while Cuadrado has been frozen out of Mourinho's plans.
