Chelsea have reportedly been told to fork out a bid of £13m if they want to strike a deal for Villarreal defender Alfonso Pedraza.
The 25-year-old was an integral part of the Yellow Submarine's Europa League winning-side last season, starting 10 games in the competition and playing 88 minutes in their final victory over Manchester United.
Pedraza's performances did not go unnoticed by clubs across the continent, and Chelsea have been linked with a swoop for the left-sided Spaniard.
According to Calciomercato, Villarreal would be willing to let Pedraza leave for a modest fee of £13m, despite the fact that his contract does not expire until 2025.
However, Chelsea could face stiff competition for the defender's signature, as Barcelona, AC Milan, Roma and Bayer Leverkusen have all been credited with an interest.
Pedraza boasts six goals and nine assists from 94 games in Villarreal colours, and he previously played 14 Championship games during a 2016-17 loan spell with Leeds.
