AC Milan vice-chairman Adriano Galliani has confirmed his interest in signing Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
Former Blues and Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti said earlier today that the Rossoneri should attempt to sign both Drogba and his teammate Nicolas Anelka.
While acknowledging that Anelka is a "great player", Galliani appears keen on putting Drogba in a red and black shirt.
"I admit someone will arrive and have a contract until the end of June 2012," said Galliani.
"Anelka? He is a great player but I have been in love with Drogba in a footballing sense since he played for Marseille so you will see."
Milan are currently seeking a replacement for Antonio Cassano, who is recovering from heart surgery.
