Inter Milan 'eye Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen'

Inter Milan reportedly contact Chelsea regarding a move for defender Andreas Christensen.

Inter Milan are reportedly keen to bring in Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen this summer.

The 21-year-old impressed during two loan spells at Borussia Monchengladbach, but the Blues rejected the German club's request to keep the youngster for another season.

According to Sky Italia, Inter have contacted the Premier League champions regarding a possible deal.

It is believed, though, that Chelsea manager Antonio Conte wants to watch Christensen in pre-season to determine whether he is ready for first-team action.

The Denmark international joined the Blues' youth academy from Brondby in 2012.
