David Luiz will reportedly hold discussions with Chelsea officials regarding his future at Stamford Bridge following reports of a possible exit.
The West London outfit are expected to reappoint Jose Mourinho this summer, but it has been suggested that the Portuguese coach is not impressed by the Brazilian's ability.
It is understood that Luiz wants to sort out his future amid reports that Barcelona are poised to launch a £21m bid for the player, according to the Daily Star.
Luiz, who signed for the Blues in 2011, shifted from defence to midfield during the latter stages of the season under interim boss Rafael Benitez.
