Timo Werner is reportedly willing to entertain an exit from Chelsea during the summer transfer window.
In his first season at Stamford Bridge, Werner played a key role as Chelsea won the Champions League and secured a top-four place in the Premier League table.
However, the Germany international netted just 12 goals in all competitions, a return which has led to the Blues identifying Erling Braut Haaland as one of their priority transfer targets.
According to 90 min, Chelsea's pursuit of the Borussia Dortmund frontman will lead to Werner contemplating his long-term future over the coming weeks.
The report claims that the 25-year-old's representatives has informed Dortmund that he would be open to making the switch to the Westfalenstadion as a replacement for Haaland.
Bayern Munich are also said to be monitoring the situation, aware that they may eventually have to find an alternative for Robert Lewandowski.
