Half-Time Report: Jamie Proctor fires Crawley Town ahead

Jamie Proctor fires Crawley Town into a half-time lead in their League One clash with Bristol City.

Crawley Town lead Bristol City at the break in their League One clash thanks to a first-half strike from Jamie Proctor.

The home side began the game well and could have gone ahead through Kyle McFadzean as he rose highest in the area from a corner, but his header went just past the post.

Crawley did take the lead when Proctor found the net in the 26th minute as he deflected Andy Drury's shot past Simon Moore.

Bristol City threatened just before the break when Wade Elliot drove an effort just over the bar from 20 yards out.
