The Women's World Cup was won for the fourth time by defending champions the US.

The United States won the Women's World Cup for a fourth time, Johanna Konta reached the last 16 at Wimbledon and Andy Murray and Serena Williams got their eagerly-awaited mixed-doubles pairing off to a flying start.
