Dundee took a point against Kilmarnock with a goalless draw at Dens Park in the Scottish Premier League this afternoon.
Rab Douglas was kept busy in the first half, as Paul Heffernan and Borja Perez both had shots saved by the Dundee keeper, while Rory McKenzie saw his best effort go wide.
The visitors continued to dominate after the break, forcing a corner inside the opening five minutes, before wasting the chance by conceding a free kick for fouling Brian Easton.
James McAlister gave Cameron Bell his first test during the match in the 68th minute, but the Kilmarnock keeper was able to comfortable stop the ball.
Ross Barbour had a good chance to score a winner for the visitors inside the final five minutes, but Douglas made yet another save to earn his team a draw.
Dundee remain bottom of the table, 11 points adrift of St Mirren, while Kilmarnock sit eighth.
