Eintracht Frankfurt's Stefano Celozzi seeking new club

Eintracht Frankfurt defender Stefano Celozzi confirms that he will leave the club this summer to seek first-team football elsewhere.

Eintracht Frankfurt defender Stefano Celozzi has confirmed that he will leave the club at the end of the season.

The 25-year-old has found first-team football hard to come by since joining the Bundesliga outfit from fellow German side Bayern Munich.

"I have enjoyed a great time at Eintracht Frankfurt, although I have played fewer matches [from the start] than I had hoped to do," Celozzi told Bild.

"Of course, I will be leaving the club at the end of the season. My agent is already sounding out my situation and future chances."

Frankfurt are currently seeking a new manager as current coach Armin Veh has confirmed that he will step down at the end of the season, bringing to an end his three-year spell in charge.
