David Moyes insists that he is willing to help Everton search for his replacement when he becomes the manager of Manchester United in July.

David Moyes has insisted that he is "more than happy" to help Everton find a replacement for when he makes the move to Manchester United.

The Scotsman is due to embark on a six-year contract at Old Trafford from July 1 when Sir Alex Ferguson steps down from his role following a successful 26-year tenure.

"If there is anything I can do to help Everton and [chairman] Bill Kenwright to what happens next, I'll be more than happy to do so," Moyes said in a press conference.

Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez and Celtic boss Neil Lennon have been touted as possible contenders, while Swansea City coach Michael Laudrup ruled himself out of the running this afternoon.
