Everton manager David Moyes is reportedly considering an offer for Peterborough United striker Paul Taylor.
The 24-year-old scored 12 Championship goals last season, but he has been transfer-listed by the London Road club for financial reasons.
Moyes wants to find an able strike-partner for Croatian hitman Nikica Jelavic and the Toffees could be tempted to table a £2m bid for Taylor's services, according to the Daily Star.
Reading, West Bromwich Albion and Ipswich Town are also said to be interested in the former Anderlecht forward.
