Everton youngster Antonee Robinson has signed a new three-year deal at the club and has joined Wigan Athletic on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old defender, who played 30 league games for Bolton Wanderers last season, has seen his contract with the club extended to 2021.
Robinson told evertontv: "It means everything to me to sign this new deal. Everyone has looked after me here at Everton, all the coaches, all the staff.
"The lads who I've grown up playing with are all doing well and prospering and I want to be the next one to break through, like so many of my mates have."
Robinson has been part of the Everton setup since the age of 11.
