Team News: Nikola Kalinic starts for Fiorentina

Nikola Kalinic returns to the starting lineup as Fiorentina take on Serie A rivals Udinese at the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

Fiorentina have named Nikola Kalinic in the starting lineup for their Serie A meeting with Udinese at the Stadio Artemio Franchi this afternoon.

The Croatian began the 1-1 draw with Sassuolo on the bench, but is back to lead the attack in place of Giuseppe Rossi.

His inclusion in the side is the only change made by manager Paulo Sousa, as the Viola look to end a run of three successive draws.

Meanwhile, Udinese are searching for a fourth straight win in all competitions and have named Cyril Thereau and Rodrigo Aguirre as their forward pairing.

However, veteran striker Antonio Di Natale must settle for a place on the bench, despite scoring twice in their 3-1 win over Atalanta BC in the Coppa Italia on Wednesday evening.

Fiorentina: Tatarusanu, Alonso, Astori, Gonzalo, Tomovic, Vecino, Badelj, Bernardeschi, Valero, Ilicic, Kalinic

Udinese: Karnezis, Piris, Danilo, Felipe, Widmer, Badu, Lodi, Iturra, Edenilson, Therau, Aguirre
