Half-Time Report: Fulham on course for first victory in four weeks

Fulham lead Doncaster Rovers 2-0 in the League Cup third-round tie at Craven Cottage.

Fulham are on course to record their first victory in a month as they lead Doncaster Rovers 2-0 at half time of their League Cup third-round encounter.

The home side showed their intent within the first minute as Ross McCormack drove a shot at goal which was well saved.

Hugo Rodallega then blazed a shot over the bar, but set up Bryan Ruiz for the opener a few minutes later with a cushioned header.

Dan Burn doubled Fulham's lead with a close-range header on the night that he captains the side for the first time as Fulham dominated the opening period.
