Fulham boss Martin Jol was 'satisfied' with his team after their 2-0 win at Wigan Athletic.
Goals from Clint Dempsey and Moussa Dembele earned the Cottagers their first away win of the season.
"It was very satisfying you know after last week," Jol told Sky Sports News, referring to his side's 3-1 defeat to Everton.
"It was a similar situation, they had a good chance and we scored. Last week it was totally different, we should have scored a winner and they scored.
"So it was a good win for us, we needed it."
The win has lifted Fulham into 15th place in the Premier League table.
