Hartlepool United midfielder Nicky Featherstone has penned a contract extension with the League Two strugglers.
The 26-year-old has committed himself to the club until the end of January after seeing his previous deal expire at the end of December.
Featherstone had made 11 appearances for Pools so far this season.
"Nicky has signed for another month," manager Ronnie Moore told the Hartlepool Mail. "We will have a look at him as back-up for the squad. But we still need a couple more in."
Hartlepool currently sit at the bottom of the League Two table, 10 points adrift of safety.
