Robbie Neilson: 'Hearts want to stay at top of Scottish Premiership'

Robbie Neilson says that Hearts are aiming to stay at the top of the Scottish Premiership table, following their 2-1 victory over Dundee.

Robbie Neilson has admitted that Hearts are aiming to stay at the top of the Scottish Premiership following their 2-1 victory over Dundee.

The Edinburgh club have won both of their games after beating St Johnstone 4-3 on the opening day.

"It's good, but we want to make it three out of three and four out of four," Neilson told reporters. "We move on and go again, try to get into the same mindset as we did last year.

"I thought we were slow to start and were dominated by Dundee. They played really well and pressed us high and made it difficult for us.

"The second half was totally different and we changed our shape to what we're used to playing, made a couple of changes and I thought we deserved it in the second half."

Hearts won the Scottish Championship last year to ensure their return to the top flight after just one season.
