Terry Butcher relishing Celtic meeting

Hibernian manager Terry Butcher admits that he is looking forward to facing Scottish champions Celtic this weekend.

Terry Butcher has said that he is looking forward to facing Celtic in the Scottish Premiership this weekend.

The new Hibernian manager is yet be on the losing side since taking charge of the club last month, but faces a trip to the reigning Scottish champions and league leaders at the weekend.

The former England international told the Evening News: "I asked some of the players who had won there and quite a few put their hands up, so that's good.

"There's nothing we can do about the goals they've scored in the games they have played. They've been asked to beat teams and they've done that particularly well, but it's a really good test for us. That's how we look at it.

"I'm sure Celtic won't get round to thinking about us until later in the week, but we've got a bit more time. It's a game to look forward to, a fantastic stadium and terrific surface."

Celtic will play Barcelona in the Champions League before for the weekend fixture.
