Antonio Reguero makes Hibernian move

Former Ross County goalkeeper Antonio Reguero moves to Hibernian on a one-year deal.

Hibernian have completed the signing of former Ross County goalkeeper Antonio Reguero.

The 33-year-old Spaniard has penned a one-year deal with the Scottish Championship club after being released by County at the end of last season.

Former Real Madrid trainee Reguero made a total of 16 appearances during the 2014-15 campaign.

"This is a great move for me," he told the Press and Journal. "I've really enjoyed the last three years in Scotland and I'm very pleased with my move to Hibernian. The club face a big challenge next season and I'm looking forward of being part of our bid for promotion."

Hibs play their first competitive match of the season on July 25 when they will host Rangers in the opening round of the Scottish Challenge Cup.
