Huddersfield Town centre-back Mathias Jorgensen says that the 'belief in the dressing room is strong' following Sunday's goalless draw at Manchester City.

Huddersfield Town centre-back Mathias Jorgensen revealed that the 'belief in the dressing room is strong' following Sunday's goalless draw at Manchester City in the Premier League.

Huddersfield boosted their survival hopes by holding the champions at the Etihad Stadium.

The draw has seen David Wagner's side move three points clear of the relegation zone with two matches of the 2017-18 campaign left to play, and Jorgensen has said that his team were delighted to pick up a point away to City.

"We can't be too greedy. We'll take the point and go on from there. We tried to press them high, we did a good job but got a bit tired. In the second half we were pressured," Jorgensen told Sky Sports News.

"It's horrible chasing Manchester City, but when you come away with a clean sheet it's worth it. The confidence is the most important thing, this point and confidence we take means we know we can get it from the best in the league. The belief is as strong as it's been all year long."

Huddersfield's last two Premier League matches of the season are away to Chelsea and at home to Arsenal.
