Steve Bruce to recall Tom Ince and Maynor Figueroa due to injury crisis

Hull City manager Steve Bruce says that the club will recall Tom Ince an Maynor Figueroa from their respective loan spells to ease their injury crisis.

Hull City boss Steve Bruce has said that he intends to recall Tom Ince and Maynor Figueroa from their respective loan spells.

Ince is currently on loan at Nottingham Forest after struggling to establish himself in the Hull side since moving their in the summer, while Figueroa is back at Wigan Athletic, but both are now needed to fill in for injured and suspended players at Hull.

Speaking after the club's 1-0 defeat to Swansea City, Bruce told reporters: "What we've got is what we've got unfortunately. We'll probably recall Incey and probably Figueroa too from their loan spells because we are down to 15/16 players.

"There are far too many sitting in the stands, for whatever reason, but we've got to get on with it."

Hull travel to the Stadium of Light to face Bruce's former club Sunderland on Boxing Day.
