Radja Nainggolan is reportedly on the brink of swapping Roma for Inter Milan after completing a medical with the San Siro club.
The Belgium international was spotted at a local hospital at the weekend, where he was due to undergo tests prior to putting pen to paper on a four-year deal.
Sky Sport Italia reports that the medical was successful and the 30-year-old, who missed out on a place in Belgium's 23-man World Cup squad, will become an Inter player in the next couple of days.
Nainggolan has spent four years at Roma since arriving from Cagliari and has repeatedly been linked with a move to the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Chelsea held talks with the midfielder last summer but he ended up staying in Rome, and he went on to score six goals and register six assists in Serie A last season.
