Inter Milan have reportedly expressed an interest in signing Bordeaux winger Malcom this summer.
The Brazilian has emerged as one of the brightest stars in Ligue 1 and his performances have seen him linked with a host of big clubs.
Malcom, who scored 12 goals and grabbed seven assists in 35 league appearances last season, is currently believed to be on the radar of Liverpool and Chelsea.
According to Football Italia, however, the Nerazzurri have now stepped in with an offer to sign the 21-year-old on loan with option to buy for a total of €40m (£35m).
The report claims that Inter - who are still under Financial Fair Play limitations - are hoping to pay €8m (£7m) for the loan deal, before handing over the remaining €32m (£28m) at the end of the 2018-19 season.
Malcom has been capped for Brazil's Under-20s and Under-23s but has not yet featured at senior level for the five-time World Cup winners.
