Juventus forward Alvaro Morata has revealed his delight at being named in the latest Spain squad for their upcoming games against Ukraine and Netherlands.
The 22-year-old has netted 11 times in 32 games for Juve this season, with his form leading to a call into the senior La Roja squad.
At a press conference on Tuesday, the forward has vowed to keep working hard to cement a place in his national team.
"I need to keep working hard to be here. We are surrounded by great players. Things are working out well with Juventus. I'm happy with how the season is unfolding. I'm here to help out," Morata told reporters.
Morata scored 13 goals in 13 games for Spain's Under-21 side and has since made two appearances for the senior team.
