Kashima Antlers defender Naomichi Ueda: "I'm a crocodile"

Kashima Antlers defender Naomichi Ueda describes himself as "a crocodile" that will look to take down Real Madrid in the final of the Club World Cup.

Kashima Antlers defender Naomichi Ueda has described himself as "a crocodile" that will look to take down Real Madrid in the final of the Club World Cup on Sunday.

The Japanese outfit became the first team from Asia to make the final of the showpiece tournament when they recorded a 3-0 victory over Atletico Nacional in the first semi-final on Wednesday.

Real Madrid are the team standing between Antlers and Club World Cup glory, and 22-year-old Ueda has vowed to "bring them down" in the final.

"I'm a crocodile. Just as a crocodile will complete its conquest by dragging its prey into the water, I just want to bring them down - whether it's in the air or on the ground, one on one," Ueda told reporters.

Barcelona are the current holders of the competition after beating River Plate in the 2015 final.
