Leicester City 'lead race for Jarrod Bowen'

Leicester City lead the race to sign Hull City forward Jarrod Bowen, according to a report.

Leicester City are reportedly at the head of the queue for Hull City forward Jarrod Bowen.

The 22-year-old, who has previously been linked with Tottenham Hotspur, has scored 17 goals in 23 appearances for Hull this season, including 16 times in the Championship.

The Tigers are likely to find it difficult to keep hold of the attacker, who could be available for around £10m during the January transfer window.

According to The Mirror, Leicester lead the likes of Leeds United, Southampton and Newcastle United in the race to sign the Englishman at the start of 2020.

Bowen will see his current deal at the KCOM Stadium expire at the end of the season, although Grant McCann's side do have the option to a trigger a 12-month extension at any stage before March.

The versatile attacker has managed 54 goals in 122 outings for Hull in all competitions.
