Liverpool secured a first top-flight title in 30 years on Thursday night as Manchester City’s reign came to an end with defeat at Chelsea.

Blistering start
Liverpool, fresh from being crowned European champions, began the season in emphatic fashion by thrashing newly-promoted Norwich 4-1 at Anfield.
