Liverpool striker Danny Ings reportedly decides to leave the club in search of first-team opportunities elsewhere.

Liverpool striker Danny Ings has reportedly decided to leave Anfield this summer.

The forward is keen to find a new club that will offer him regular first-team football, according to The Telegraph.

Liverpool were said to be ready to offer Ings a new deal, but the report suggests that he is unwilling to serve as back-up for the Reds.

Injury problems have limited the striker's game time over the last 12 months, but he still has two years remaining on his current contract.

Ings joined Liverpool from Burnley in 2015.
