Pep Guardiola has reportedly identified Luis Suarez as his major transfer target when he takes control of Bayern Munich in the summer.
The former Barcelona coach agreed to become Bayern's new coach last week following a few months away from the game.
The current Bayern squad already has a host of striking options, including Mario Mandzukic, Claudio Pizarro and Mario Gomez.
However, Guardiola believes that his new forward line is still in need of bolstering and thinks that Liverpool's leading goalscorer is the player to take on the role, according to The People.
It has also been claimed that Guardiola knows what fee will be required to land the Uruguayan international because his brother is Suarez's agent.
The report has suggested that it may take up to £40m to tempt the Reds into parting with the 25-year-old, who signed on at Anfield in January 2011.
