Liverpool reportedly remain against making any new signings during the January transfer window, despite players recently being added to the injury list.

Liverpool reportedly have no intention of making any new signings during the January transfer window.

Jurgen Klopp has had to cope with a number of long-term injuries this season, particularly in defence with Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Joel Matip all missing significant periods since September.

The latter's most recent setback against West Bromwich Albion has led to further speculation regarding potential arrivals at the midway point of the campaign.

However, according to the Daily Mail, Klopp is prepared to show faith in his younger players with Rhys Williams and Nathaniel Phillips making a positive impression in the first team.

With Thiago Alcantara and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain having recently stepped up their recoveries, Fabinho will be able to continue to deputise at the back.

The Premier League champions have been linked with Schalke 04's Ozan Kabak and Ajax's Perr Schuurs.
