A report claims that Liverpool are back in the hunt to sign Hull City defender Andrew Robertson in this summer's transfer window.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will reportedly move for Hull City's Andrew Robertson this summer after missing out on his leading left-back targets Ryan Sessegnon and Benjamin Mendy.

Sessegnon has decided to sign a new contract at Fulham, while Mendy is said to be heading for Manchester City this summer, leaving Klopp frustrated in his attempts to bring a new full-back to Anfield ahead of the new campaign.

According to The Sun, Klopp is ready to reignite his interest in Hull's Robertson, with the Scotland international said to be available for £15m in this summer's transfer window.

Robertson, who scored once and provided two assists in 33 Premier League appearances during the 2016-17 season, has also been linked with Burnley as he prepares to leave the KCOM Stadium following Hull's relegation back to the Championship.

Robertson, who was released by Celtic at Under-15 level after being deemed too small to make the grade, joined Hull from Dundee United in 2014.
